Eligibility Criteria

1. Assistant Registrar (Post Code: ND1001)

• Qualification: Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.

2. Senior Assistant (Post Code: ND0601)

• Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
  • Three years of experience as Assistant or equivalent in Level 4.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, noting, and drafting.
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.

3. Assistant (Post Code: ND0401)

• Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
  • Two years of experience as Junior Assistant or equivalent.
  • Typing Speed: 35 WPM in English or 30 WPM in Hindi.
  • Proficiency in computer operations.
• Age Limit: Maximum 32 years.

Selection Process

1. Preliminary Test (MCQ-based):
   Covers General Studies, Reasoning, Mathematical Ability, and knowledge of Higher Educational Institutions.
2. Main Examination (Descriptive):
   Focuses on specific knowledge areas related to the post.
3. Skill Test:
   Typing and computer proficiency tests for relevant positions.
4. Interview (for Assistant Registrar only):
   Personality and suitability assessment.
