Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Shorthand Test:
  • Speed: 80 WPM in English shorthand.
  • Transcription Speed: 20 WPM on a computer.
• Computer Proficiency: Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets.

Age Limit (as of 01.01.2024)

Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per Haryana Government rules.

Selection Process

1. Shorthand Test:
   • Candidates must qualify in English shorthand and transcription tests.
2. Computer Proficiency Test:
   • Shortlisted candidates from the shorthand test will undergo a computer proficiency test.
