GATE 2024 Qualification

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting: Based on GATE 2024 scores.
2. Group Discussion (GD):
   • No qualifying marks.
   • Assessment of communication and teamwork skills.
3. Personal Interview:
   • Minimum qualifying marks:
     • UR/EWS: 40%
     • SC/ST/OBC: 30%
4. Behavioral Assessment: Part of the overall selection process.

Pay Scale and Career Progression

During Training

• Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 (IDA).
• Stipend: Includes allowances and perks.

After Regularization

• Designation: Assistant Engineer (E0 Level).
• CTC: Approx. ₹13.25 Lakh per annum.

Career Growth

• Promotion from E0 to E6 grade within 5 years (excluding training).

Service Agreement Bond

• SC/ST/PwBD: ₹2,50,000
