3. Personal Interview:

During Training

• Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 (IDA).

• CTC: Approx. ₹13.25 Lakh per annum.

Career Growth

• Promotion from E0 to E6 grade within 5 years (excluding training).

Service Agreement Bond
